These Terms govern the $150 total-loss market opinion sold by Timothy Felt Auto Claims Consulting, LLC (“we,” “us”), Westerville, Ohio, tfeltconsulting@gmail.com. By checking the box and paying, you agree to these Terms.
1. What you are buying
You are buying a written opinion of market value for one standard private passenger vehicle or light truck, delivered as a PDF. We aim to send it within two business days after we have complete intake and payment. That timing is a target, not a guarantee.
2. What you are not buying
This is not an appraisal engagement, not public adjusting, not claims handling, not legal advice, and not insurance advice. We do not contact the carrier or its staff, negotiate, or represent you. Appointed-appraiser work, umpire work, and expert-witness work are not included and, if ever offered, require a separate agreement.
3. How you may use the report
You may use the PDF for your own claim. We do not promise the carrier will read it, accept it, or pay any amount. You are responsible for what you send the carrier.
4. Your responsibilities
You confirm the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are authorized to send us the VIN, photos, and any claim or policy data. You are a first-party owner (or the owner’s authorized representative) of a vehicle declared a total loss.
5. Fee, payment, refunds
The fee is $150.00 USD, charged by Stripe, unless a valid beta or coupon code waives it. We do not store your full card number. No refund after the report is delivered. If we cannot complete the report because the vehicle is outside scope (commercial, classic, exotic) or the intake is incomplete, we will refund the fee.
6. Intellectual property
You may keep and use your PDF. Our methodology, templates, and branding stay ours. You may not resell the report or present it as someone else’s work.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The report is an opinion of market value as of the information you provided. It is not a formal appraisal and not a promise of settlement value. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fee you paid for that report. We are not liable for lost settlement value, extra living expenses, legal fees, or other consequential damages.
8. Privacy
How we use personal information is in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
9. Governing law
Ohio law governs. Venue is the state or federal courts in Franklin County, Ohio.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version linked at checkout when you pay is the version that applies to that order.
